Haunted House Warning, Disclaimer, and Rules
Please read carefully before buying tickets and/or entering the Haunted House:
DO NOT ENTER if you suffer from seizures, heart conditions, asthma, or any physical, mental, respiratory, and/or medical condition.
The holder of the ticket agrees and understands that there are known and unanticipated inherent risks, dangers, and hazards in attending Haunted Manson's Haunted House Experience. By attending the Haunted House Experience, attendees voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards, and agree to release and hold harmless Haunted Manson, the Manson Chamber of Commerce, and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all responsibility and/or liability for injury, harm, damage, death, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from attending the Haunted House experience.
Rules & Warnings
- The Haunted House Experience is intended for mature audiences only. Please use parental discretion for any attendee under the age of 18.
- Absolutely no touching of actors and props
- Violators will be escorted out without a refund
- No touching, weapons, smoking, alcohol, lighters, running, or photography
- Close-toe shoes are required
- People with heart conditions should not enter
- Strobe lights and fog smoke machine in use
- Turn off your cellphones while inside the attraction
- Please be respectful!
